What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a team leader who can set the tone for a positive, resident-centered culture. Someone who’s excited about coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal training requirements, and fostering ongoing professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide mandatory staff education and training
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
Lead quality improvement initiatives related to staff development
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
Qualifications:
Active California LVN or RN license
DSD Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Minimum 1 year of DSD or staff development experience preferred
Skilled at motivating teams and creating a supportive learning environment
