Part-Time Leasing Agent – Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda

We’re looking for a sharp, personable, and reliable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our small, high-performing team. This is a true part-time role (10–15 hours per week max) with required weekend availability) perfect for someone who wants great pay and flexibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Show apartments at Rio De Janeiro (32-unit apartment building) and available flex/retail spaces
• Assist our lead agent (Aaron) in touring prospects, answering questions, and helping close leases
• Follow up on inquiries, schedule showings, and keep our leasing pipeline moving
• Perform “rent-ready” walkthroughs to ensure turnovers look perfect before move-in
• Occasionally cover weekend showings (a few hours on Saturday or Sunday is required)

Schedule:

• Very flexible – typically 2–3 half days during the week a few weekend hours as needed
• No more than 15 hours in a single week

Pay & Incentives:

• $30/hour base (for 10 to 15 hrs a week)
• Small commission bonus for every lease you help close

Who You Are:

• Friendly, professional, and great with people
• Leasing or sales experience is a big plus (real estate license NOT required)
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (must be able to work some weekends)
• Comfortable working independently and using basic online tools (AppFolio experience is a bonus)
