Are you passionate about animals and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Veterinary Hospital Receptionist/CSR at Ridgeview Veterinary Hospital. We are a well-established small animal practice nestled in the picturesque mountain town of Los Alamos, New Mexico
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries.
- Process payments and manage invoices using our veterinary software system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
- Passion for working with animals and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus.
