Ridgeview Property Group is a growing owner-operator of multifamily communities in the Twin Cities metro. We're hiring a Property Manager to oversee our 153-unit, 7-property portfolio across Anoka, Champlin, Wayzata, and Jordan, MN.

Office located at 26 Sunset Drive, Champlin, MN.
Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus potential
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident relations across our seven-property portfolio
- Market and lease apartment units; monitor and recommend rental rate adjustments to maximize income
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, manage renewals, and orient new residents
- Address resident concerns, notices, and lease compliance matters professionally
- Prepare annual operating budgets; manage collections and vendor relationships
- Coordinate directly with the Maintenance Technician on day-to-day maintenance needs
- Conduct regular property inspections across the portfolio
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant law, and company safety policies
- Report on property performance to ownership on a regular basis
- Travel regularly among properties (mileage reimbursed)
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years of property management or assistant property management experience
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred; Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar also considered) and MS Office (Word and Excel)
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
