Ridgeview Family Dental is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care while allowing our hygienists the time they need to build relationships with patients and deliver excellent treatment.

1-hour hygiene appointments
2-hour appointments for new patients and SRPs
We utilize Open Dental practice management software and Overjet AI technology to enhance patient care and diagnosis.
Supportive team environment that values quality over rushing through the schedule.
We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and patient skills. Is gentle, thorough, and committed to providing exceptional care. Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Holds an active Tennessee dental hygiene license.
