Registered Nurse (RN) – Dry Eye Spa
Ridgeview Eye Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Dry Eye Spa team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that blends medical eye care, advanced dry eye treatment, and aesthetics in a patient-focused, high-quality environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with dry eye treatments, including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), LLLT (Low-Level Light Therapy), Zest, TriLift, and other in-office procedures
- Support aesthetic services within the Dry Eye Spa (training provided)
- Educate patients on dry eye disease, treatment plans, and at-home care
- Ensure a high level of patient care and overall experience throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (RevolutionEHR)
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to support patient outcomes
- Follow and help improve clinical protocols and workflows
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Interest in aesthetics, wellness, or specialty care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured protocols
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in ophthalmology, dermatology, or med spa setting
- Experience with aesthetic or light-based treatments
