Marketing Coordinator
Multi-Location Dental Group
Location: On-site in Sterling, VA (regular visits to nearby offices) Type: Full-time
About the role
We’re a growing multi-location dental group looking for a Marketing Coordinator to turn our strategy into real-world results across both digital channels and local community marketing. You’ll work closely with our fractional CMO, office managers and outside vendors to keep campaigns organized, on-brand, and visible online and in the community.
What you’ll do
- Own the monthly marketing calendar across all locations, making sure online campaigns and in-office promotions line up.
- Coordinate with vendors running Meta and Google Ads so offers, landing pages and tracking are aligned and accurate.
- Keep our website, Google Business Profiles, and online listings fresh, accurate and consistent.
- Plan and support local marketing efforts like community events, sponsorships, patient appreciation activities, and in-office promos.
- Help run social media and email campaigns using templates and brand guidelines so everything feels on-brand.
- Watch our online reviews, respond with approved language and flag anything that needs extra attention.
- Pull basic performance metrics and turn them into simple monthly summaries to show what’s working and what needs adjusting. and what needs adjusting.
What you bring
- 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, medical or multi-location services.
- Hands-on experience with social media, email platforms and basic website/CMS editing.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for simple graphics and layouts.
- Strong communication and organization skills; able to juggle multiple locations and deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to visit local offices and community events.

Pay: $23.08 - $27.80 per hour
