Independently-owned and innovative specialty pharmacy is growing! Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Advocate to support prescription processing, insurance coordination, fulfillment, and patient support in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
What You’ll Do
✔ Process and verify prescription orders
✔ Support insurance verification and reimbursement
✔ Coordinate with pharmacists and pharmacy team
✔ Assist patients with inquiries
✔ Ensure timely, accurate medication fulfillment
Requirements
- 1–3 years of pharmacy or medical experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy and medical office workflow and insurance processes
- Detail-oriented and organized
