Role Description The AI Operations Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on designing and optimizing AI-driven workflows that support annuity and financial services operations, including lead management, client communications, and internal process automation. Daily responsibilities include assessing current operational processes, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and collaborating with leadership to prioritize and implement technology-driven solutions. The AI Operations Strategist will configure and monitor AI tools, analyze performance data, and refine systems to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient operations. The role also involves partnering with advisors and support staff to translate business needs into practical AI use cases, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven workflow optimization, with the ability to translate business processes into system requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to inform decisions.
