Position Overview
Ridgeline Strategies is seeking a motivated and professional Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our Salt Lake City team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, promotions, and business development.
In this role, you will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to support client campaigns, engage directly with customers, and contribute to overall campaign success. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training and one-on-one mentorship are provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospective customers to share information about current promotions and services
- Represent client brands professionally through marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
- Support lead generation and customer outreach initiatives
- Assist with relationship-building and customer communication efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to support campaign objectives
- Track individual goals and campaign performance metrics
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, athletics, or related fields is a plus, but not required
