Job Overview
Ridgeline Strategies is seeking Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our team in a retail environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, provide information about water distribution and filtration products, and assist with service enrollment.
This is a full-time, W-2 employee position with paid training. No prior sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail setting through face-to-face communication
- Provide accurate information about water distribution and filtration products and services
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow established sales processes, company policies, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work on-site in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role
- No prior sales experience required (training provided)
