Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage roofing and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, crews, and subcontractors
- Conduct pre-job planning and job site inspections
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, sales teams, and leadership
- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets company standards
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
- Manage project documentation, photos, and job updates in CRM systems
- 2–5 years of project management experience (roofing, construction, or exterior services preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and insurance processes is a plus
- Proficient with technology (CRM systems, project management tools, mobile apps)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
