Are you passionate about helping children build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement? Ridgeline Montessori is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Physical Education (P.E.) Specialist to lead creative, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate physical education experiences for students in grades K–8.

What You’ll Do- Lead engaging, inclusive physical education lessons for K–8 students that support physical development, cooperation, and self-regulation
- Foster a safe, supportive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate, take risks, and develop healthy habits
- Adapt activities to meet the varied needs, abilities, and developmental stages of students across age groups
- Promote values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respectful communication through all activities
- Maintain equipment, organize materials, and ensure safety procedures are followed during all physical activities
- Contribute to school-wide events and wellness initiatives that support whole-child development
- Bachelor’s degree in education or specialized area of instruction
- Experience teaching at assigned grade levels at a K-12 school
- Current First Aid/CPR certificate, or ability and willingness to obtain certification
- Oregon Certification as a Licensed Teacher, Physical Education endorsement preferred
- Some experience with Montessori education
- Successful work on a team that serves the public
