Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and service areas.
- Present checks, accept payments, and return change as needed.
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials.
- Comply with all cash handling, POS, and tip reporting procedures.
