Job Overview:
Ridgeline Management is a rapidly growing company with lots of room for advancement, seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a HouseKeeper. As a Housekeeper, you will be ensuring the cleanliness of our rooms and operating our laundry space as well as being a relief front desk agent to assist at front desk when needed as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work within housekeeping team to clean and maintain rooms and public spaces, including but not limited to making beds, dusting, moping and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Keeping supply closets, carts and shelves stocked.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues during your shift.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is obtained
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Bilingual language skills are a plus but must speak English
