Compensation & Opportunity

Starting Base Pay: $21/hourAdditional Earning Opportunities: Performance Pay Tips

What You’ll Be Doing

• Raking and bagging leaves and pine needles
• Installing and moving landscaping materials (mulch, gravel, weed barrier, etc.)
• Operating landscaping equipment (weed eaters, blowers, mowers, etc.)
• Digging holes and trenches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Maintaining clean and professional jobsites
• Interacting professionally with homeowners
• Snow removal during winter season (October–March)
• Supporting additional landscaping projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, honest, and willing to learn

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of landscaping, construction, or related outdoor labor experience
