Ridgeline Financial Partners is a growing, client-centered RIA focused on deep planning, proactive guidance, and meaningful long-term relationships. We are seeking a Senior Financial Planner who thrives in ownership, takes initiative, and is energized by collaborating within a high-performance advisory team.
In this role, you will work directly with our Lead Advisor and Financial Planning team to deliver comprehensive planning, guide clients through key life and financial decisions, and help shape the long-term strategic planning framework of the firm. The ideal candidate has experience leading client meetings, building planning strategies, and proactively identifying needs before they arise.

- Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other outside professionals as needed
- Collaborate with internal planning, operations, and client service teams to ensure smooth implementation of recommendations
- Proactively identify planning opportunities and anticipate next steps for clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement of firm planning processes and systems
- Serve as a mentor and resource to internal planning associates
- CFP® certification required
- 7 years of experience in comprehensive planning or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of tax planning, retirement strategies, investment allocation, and estate planning considerations
- Proven experience leading client meetings and delivering advice with confidence
- Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney), CRM, and workflow tools
- Competitive base salary ($90,000–$120,000), commensurate with experience
