What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at RIDGELINE CONSTRUCTION?
The Production Coordinator ensures that the production schedule moves smoothly by coordinating purchase orders, schedules and all things in regards to completing jobs.
- Answer cell phone and text messages.
- Schedule all punchout items to be completed.
- Generate purchase orders for all jobs (including POs for technicians).
- Schedule and finalize all warranty work orders.
- Request Variance Purchase Orders.
- Audits Subcontractor bills.
- Apply for business licenses and building permits.
- Audits calendar weekly ensuring all scheduled appointments are completed.
- Attend Production meetings.
