We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
About the UM RN Role:
As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
Developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies
Providing ongoing training and support to staff members
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and effective patient care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns that may impact patient care

Requirements:
Current CPR
Current RN license in the State of South Carolina SC
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $45 - $47
