As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care, support, and customer service during weekend shifts. Weekend Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure documentation is completed before the end of nursing and nursing assistant shifts
• Provide care that exceeds residents' physical, social, and mental needs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Supervise nursing assistants
• Administer CPR/AED as necessary
• Safeguard medication inventory
• Comply with federal and state privacy rules, and facility policies and procedures
• Always act in the best interest of the patient, program, and facility
Weekend Supervisor Work Schedule:
• 12-hour weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 7p-7a
Weekend Supervisor Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
