Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using Toast POS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to safety and handling regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in food service/hospitality is highly preferred; experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends. 25-35 hours per week.
Pay: $12.14 per hour
