About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in receiving shipments, organizing inventory, replenishing merchandise, and helping ensure products are available and presented properly for customers. Your efforts will help maintain efficient store operations and a positive shopping experience.
What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries
- Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization
- Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed
- Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise
Store Operations & Team Support
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and storage areas
- Assist with merchandising displays, promotions, and seasonal setups
- Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure product availability
- Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations
General Responsibilities
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory management guidelines
- Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation
- Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts
