Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory control
- Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining proper product placement and merchandising standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies
- Assist in packaging products for delivery or store display, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including routine maintenance and safety checks
- Support retail store operations by providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, and assisting with product knowledge when needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers (Spanish)
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout the shift
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing shipments accurately
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and store product knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
