What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor position at Ridgecrest Village?

The RN evening supervisor provides professional nursing care to patients and residents in line with Ridgecrest Village/Crest Health Care Center guidelines. Supervises and assists Registered Nurses, LPN’s, Certified Nursing Aides, and Living Assistants to ensure quality care standards are met.
Qualifications:Applicants must be graduates from an accredited nursing school and hold a current Iowa nursing license. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, preferably in long-term care, with strong leadership, management skills and a commitment to high quality care. Completion of a supervisory course, as required by Iowa for nursing home facilities, is also necessary.
