What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - 2nd Shift position at Ridgecrest Village?

Founded in 1966, Ridgecrest is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to delivering exceptional, faith-based care within a serene and supportive environment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to residents in accordance with Ridgecrest Village policies. This role includes overseeing resident care areas, supervising nurse aides, and ensuring high standards of resident care. Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Iowa nurse and graduate of an accredited nursing school with nurse supervision accreditation.  Previous supervision experience preferred.
