The Role
As a Room Attendant, you will clean guest rooms and ensure they meet brand and cleanliness standards. You help create a safe, fresh, and comfortable environment that supports excellent guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
- Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines
- Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Provide friendly service when interacting with guests
