Position Requirements

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents every day.
