Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect and evaluate exterior remodeling needs
- Educate customers on roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter solutions
- Present customized proposals and financing options
- Guide customers through retail and insurance restoration projects
- Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional service
- Manage your sales pipeline from lead to project completion
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience in roofing, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales is a plus

- Ability to negotiate high ticket agreements
Pay range and compensation package
$100,000–$250,000 annually
- Uncapped commissions
