We’re hiring multiple Behavioral Health Assistants to join us. This is a chance to step into meaningful behavioral health work while building a foundation for a long-term career.
What You’ll Do
- Guide residents through daily activities, including meals, therapy, and group sessions.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.
- Use crisis intervention and de-escalation skills when needed.
- Provide direct support, such as CPR, wound care, or medication assistance, under clinical staff guidance.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or clinical or residential care preferred, but not required.
- A passion for helping adolescents and young adults succeed.
- Experience as a Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or in a similar role is a plus.
Pay & Perks
- $22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

- AM shift: 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- PM shift: 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
- At least one weekend shift required
