We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated and experienced maintenance technician for an apartment complex in Parkville, Maryland.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitude, pride, takes ownership of their work and is able to work well as part of a team.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year apartment maintenance or similar experience, including electrical, carpentry and plumbing experience.
We are looking for someone who is good at following instructions, and working well as part of a team. Our ideal candidate should have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license. Must have tools.
