This position combines responsibilities across technician, medical assistant, scribe, and PBM coordination functions while working under a Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Essential Functions
- Greet, room, and guide patients through PBM-focused visits.
- Prepare, facilitate, and monitor PBM treatments per protocol.
- Obtain patient histories and document accurately in EHR.
- Perform ophthalmic pre-testing and basic diagnostic testing as trained.
- Scribe for providers, ensuring accurate real-time documentation.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage PBM patient appointments and communication.
- Verify patient information, collect payments, and support PBM-related front office tasks.
- Maintain exam/treatment rooms, equipment, and PBM supplies.
- Support providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Strong clinical and administrative workflow knowledge.
- Ability to learn and support PBM technology.
- Excellent communication and patient service skills.
- Attention to detail with accurate EHR documentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant training preferred.
- 1 year experience in medical or clinical setting preferred.
- Experience with EHR systems.
- Willingness to be trained on PBM technology.
