We are a National Retail/QSR/Restaurant General Contractor. Position requires minimum 4 years previous experience & ability to travel. Responsibilities include site supervision, miscellaneous project management and project coordination. Any/all expenses, travel included, will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project through turnover
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Maintain site safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with Pro Core software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
