Maintenance Technician Opportunity:

Full Time Days

The Maintenance Technician maintains buildings and grounds to insure safe comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors. Assists in renovations including painting, as necessary. Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.

Experience

  • One year of professional painting and building maintenance preferred.

Other Skills

  • Knowledge of acceptable methods and practices in maintaining and repair of building.
  • Skills in the proper use of various kinds of tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of supervisory and safe work practices.
