What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Overnight Group Home Caregiver position at RIDGE AREA ARC?

We are looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to provide care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities residing in our group homes. **This is an overnight working position and includes one or both weekend days each week**
Responsibilities and Duties
The duties performed on a regular basis include, but are not limited to:
- Person-centered care for our residents
- Supervision of the residents
- Assisting them with daily needs (i.e., eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.)
- Preparing meals
- Social activities
- Transporting in a company vehicle
- Medication administration
- All household duties needed to maintain a clean and safe home
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school required
- One-year paid caregiving experience required
- Preferred experience with adults who have Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

- Must pass drug test
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a 3-year good driving record
