As a Partner, Construction Lead known as the Director Project Superintendent for the project, you will act as the client's on-site representative throughout construction, handover and close-out phases, providing day-to-day leadership across contractor operations and site coordination activities. You will work closely with contractors, specialist suppliers, consultants and client teams across multiple construction zones, helping ensure programme commitments are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The project will require the coordination of complex site logistics, overlapping packages of work, specialist installations and extensive stakeholder engagement.

While Ridge has a strong national office network, this role is centred around project delivery in Bedford.
Initially there may be interaction with our Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge offices, however this role will ultimately be site-based, reflecting the scale and complexity of the programme.

- Managing relationships across contractors, consultants, specialist vendors and wider project stakeholders.
- Producing clear progress reporting covering programme, quality, resources, safety and emerging project risks.
