What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Electrician -3rd shift position at Ridg-U-Rak Inc.?
We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician at our North East, PA Manufacturing facility. This is a 3rd position. Maintenance Electricians are responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of systems using electrical, mechanical, and processing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Repair electrical equipment such as Mig Welders, Hoists, and Air Compressors.
- Properly perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with supervision and department to coordinate repairs and projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Be able to identify any associated risks and how to implement appropriate controls. Risk assessment is a mandatory skill.
- Maintain the highest standard of safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Industrial Electricity (480 volt 3 phase).
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively and independently.
- Familiarity with PLC operations, perferred.
- Experience with Powder Coating, Combustion Burners, and Overhead Cranes a plus.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus, but not required.

- Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Technical degree or experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
