Description
Ridezilla / Boater’s World South Georgia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Manager to support our sales and finance operations. This role is responsible for completing all deal paperwork, ensuring accuracy of documents, coordinating with lenders, and providing an exceptional customer experience during the final steps of the sales process. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all sales and finance documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Review deals for completeness and resolve any missing or incorrect information
- Submit customer applications to lenders and communicate with banks as needed
- Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional manner
- Ensure all DMV, title, and registration paperwork is completed correctly
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, deals, and supporting documents
- Assist with daily reporting, reconciliations, and administrative support
- Coordinate with accounting on funding, deposits, and contract statuses
- Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and signing process
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer personal and financial information
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience required (marine, powersports, or automotive preferred)
- Experience processing deals, titles, registrations, or finance documents
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and operate dealership management systems and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
