Ridex Transport Service LLC is expanding across the Kansas region, and we are looking for reliable, safe, and professional drivers to partner with us as 1099 Independent Contractors.

In this role, you’ll provide vital transportation for students during school morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times. Enjoy complete freedom over your mid-days while taking advantage of high local service demand—our active contractors currently average 10–12 trips per day, making this a lucrative and flexible opportunity.

Competitive Compensation Structure

Earnings are paid out weekly per completed trip on the following scale:

• Base Rate: $28.00 for the first 0–12 miles of any trip.
• Extended Mileage: $1.65/mile for every mile beyond the initial 12 miles.

Vehicle Requirements

To qualify for route assignments, your personal vehicle must meet the following safety standards:

• Model Year: 2012 or newer (in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition).
• Body Type: Standard 4-door sedans or SUVs .
• Window Tint: Must comply with Kansas legal limits (maximum 35% tint).

Onboarding & Credential Requirements

To ensure student safety, all independent contractors must complete compliance verification prior to starting:

• English language proficiency
• Controlled substance screening (via Checkers)
• Background check & fingerprinting
• Kansas DOT Physical
• TB test results
• CPR & First Aid certification
