About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated professionals to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement resident personal care plans focusing on strengths, routines, and preferences
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs promoting engagement and enjoyment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner ensuring high-quality care
- Administer medication to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
Requirements:
- Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification for the State of Maryland
- Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification for the State of Maryland
- 1-2 years of experience as a CNA/GNA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in medication administration preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Compensation:
Commensurate hourly rate between $22.00 - $26.00, alongside additional shift differential earnings
Shift Differentials:
- $2.00 hourly for evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm)
- $2.00 hourly for night shift (11pm - 7:30am)
Sign-On Bonus:
$1,000 sign-on bonus for all shifts, excluding candidates sourced by third-party agencies or internal candidates
