Essential Functions
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, brand positioning, and long-term market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership team to align marketing with sales, product development, and customer experience strategies.
- Lead brand development, positioning, and stewardship to ensure a strong and differentiated market presence.
- Oversee customer engagement strategies to deepen relationships and improve loyalty across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and influencer marketing channels.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels.
- Manage market research, pricing strategies, advertising contracts, and promotional activities such as contests or giveaways.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze data and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Ensure the marketing organization consistently delivers high-quality work that aligns with strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
- Balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and technologies, including SEO/SEM, AI-driven personalization, marketing automation, and growth marketing strategies.
- Champion data-driven marketing practices to improve targeting, personalization, and performance measurement.
- Conduct and oversee market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Identify target audiences, monitor competitive activity, and anticipate emerging market trends.
- Innovate marketing approaches and test new ideas to maintain and strengthen competitive advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related technical field, or relevant experience.
- 10 years of proven experience in senior marketing leadership and brand strategy roles and AEC experience.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, proficient in Microsoft Office and doble Creative Suites and best practices.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
