What You’ll Do
- Accurately look up part numbers and research alternatives for unavailable or backordered items
- Build parts estimates and pick tickets for service department repair orders
- Support technicians and service writers by pulling, organizing, and cashing out parts as needed
- Track, organize, and maintain special orders and layaways for service jobs
- Keep the parts-to-service area clean, efficient, and well-organized
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and managers regarding parts availability, backorders, and timelines
- Ensure timely and accurate parts fulfillment to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction
- Complete tasks as assigned
