Personal Assistant

RIDE LLC. is currently seeking applicants for a personal assistant, who have an outgoing personality and are able to uphold professionalism and punctuality.

RIDE LLC. provides licensed homemaker/personal care services across Delaware County, Franklin County, and Union County, Ohio. Our strategy as an agency sets us apart as we strive to provide exceptional care and to make a positive impact on the lives of our clientele.

Current shift available:

Location: Westerville, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday - Flexible Days, 4/5 Days Per Week, 5/6-hour shifts.

Requirements:

A successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, and have a professional demeanor. Ohio Department of Developmental Disability (DODD) industry knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required.

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
• MUST HAVE A CLEAR BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING TEST.
• Ohio Department of Developmental Disability (DODD) industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Previous office management experience is preferred.
• Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• A great outlook and cheerful disposition are a must as well.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to assist HR Director and HR department on a daily basis.
• Must at least hold a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
