We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong teamwork and communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Accounting Team, collaborate effectively with other departments, and contribute to a supportive team environment while ensuring accurate, timely financial transactions, and helping keep the company’s financial operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and correct coding prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry and imports
- Print checks and obtain signatures
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
· Reconcile bank accounts
· Prepare sales tax reports and filings
· Assist senior financial officers as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting
- At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Understanding of and prior experience with Excel
- Superb time management skills, detail orientation, and teamwork
- Strong mathematical skills
