Riddle’s Group is expanding into the concrete industry and is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Form Setter / Finisher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in producing high quality work and thrives in a team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and align concrete forms for foundations, flatwork, and other structures
- Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (including smoothing, edging, and jointing)
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines
Qualifications:
- 10 years Prior experience as a concrete form setter and/or finisher required
- Strong understanding of concrete placement, forming, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and measurements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel independently to assigned job sites.
- Ability to arrive at varying job site locations on time each workday.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment associated with concrete work
