What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Attorney position at Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers?
Personal Injury Firm with proven track record of high quality legal services seeks to add another attorney to our Raleigh team. The perfect match should have at least 3 years of personal injury experience, to include complex litigation and the ability to run major injury cases. The ability to manage others is a plus as this attorney will need to manage and direct both pre-lit and litigation paralegals while handling cases.
Duties Include:
- Analyzing cases and quickly spotting issues
- Identify, preserve, and collect evidence
- Deciphering complex factual scenarios
- Locating insurance, and investigating additional sources of insurance coverage
- Client contact with individuals who have been tragically injured or have lost loved ones, necessitating a caring and empathetic disposition
- Managing paralegals and other staff.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- Has at least 3 years of experience working in personal injury
- Team oriented with the ability to provide excellent client service
- Possesses the ability to be creative in pursuing novel causes of action
- Can quickly spot issues, with the ability to evaluate and build strategies for cases that will need to be litigated.
