Additional company details will be shared during the interview process.Job SummaryThe Superintendent will oversee all field operations from preconstruction through project completion. This role serves as the daily on-site representative of the companyensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, managing site logistics, and maintaining professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Previous experience managing OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of field operations, project planning, logistics, and daily execution.Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate solutions with Project Managers and subcontractors.Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, including field office and storage areas.Create and update project schedules, including detailed 3week or 6week lookahead schedules.Conduct weekly foremen and safety meetings; reinforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.Manage project documentation in Procore, including daily reports, photos, inspections, and logs.Monitor workmanship and enforce quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.Represent the company on-site with professionalism, reliability, and a clean, presentable appearance.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.Experience managing OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects, including IOR coordination and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple aspects of project operations simultaneously.Solid understanding of construction documents, safety regulations, and scheduling.Proficiency with project management software such as Procore.Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized jobsite.Reports ToGeneral SuperintendentProject ManagerOwnershipHow to ApplyPlease apply and submit your resume for immediate consideration.
