Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a full time receptionist/intake specialist with a flexible schedule. This position involves speaking with new potential clients, who are seeking legal representation and evaluating the quality of their cases based on office policies and procedures.
NOTE: This position will require two (2) weeks of on the job training (during daytime hours) and will also require some holiday shifts and weekend shifts. Reliable home internet is a must for holiday and weekends.
Skills/Duties Required:
- Engaging phone presence and ability to reflect empathy, while maintaining a high level of professionalism;
- Outstanding listening skills with an ability to play back what’s been said;
- Promptly respond to potential client calls and web-based inquiries;
- Take detailed, legible notes;
- Input and maintain client data;
- Calendaring appointments.
- Organized;
- Self-Motivated;
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus but not required;
- Prior office and/or law firm experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
