Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring safety and environmental compliance
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform treatments and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Develop customized pest management plans based on site assessments and client needs
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, pest activity observed, and follow-up actions required
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping projects, or farming activities as needed to support property health and aesthetics
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience in pest control is highly desirable; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with sales techniques to educate clients about pest prevention strategies is a plus
- Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture enhances your ability to serve diverse client needs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery ensures effective treatment application and property maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites
- Ability to operate farm machinery or landscaping equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
