Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM.
Pay: $15/hour

The Role:
Rid-a-Pest is seeking a highly motivated, dependable professional to join our team as an entry-level Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations to ensure our team sets the highest standards in the pest control industry with each customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receive and log all incoming calls
- Process customer requests, or direct them to the appropriate individual or department
- Create work orders and dispatch them to the appropriate technician
- Outbound calls to schedule appointments and notify customers of upcoming service
- Outbound follow-up calls to collect payments, monitor service progress, and schedule additional visits when necessary.
- Build, monitor, and support technician routes, including rescheduling appointments when needed and invoicing customers
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Assist the sales team with account setup for both residential and commercial customers
- Cross-train across multiple departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience from start to finish. This role requires collaboration with other departments to complete tasks effectively.
