About the Position
We’re seeking a self motivated individual who is looking to grow with our company.
You’ll work with a small crew, manage daily tasks, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Your primary focus will be shrub trimming, planting, fine gardening, and mowing.
You may also occasionally assist other divisions when needed — teamwork and flexibility are key, especially during snow removal season.

Responsibilities
- Perform shrub trimming, planting, and detailed gardening work
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Maintain safe, efficient, and organized work practices
- Communicate clearly with management and clients as needed
- Ensure jobs are completed within estimated time frames
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license (truck/trailer experience required)
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Pride in maintaining high-quality properties for discerning clients
- Experience with plows and salters preferred
